Terms and Conditions for Conference/Workshop Registration and Payment

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for the conference/workshop and making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued registration or payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.


2. Registration and Payment

2.1. All registrations for the conference/workshop must be completed through the official website or designated registration portal.
2.2. Payments are to be made using the methods specified on the conference/workshop website. The registration fee and any applicable taxes must be paid in full at the time of registration.
2.3. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.


3. Payment Processing and Fees

3.1. The payment gateway service provider will charge a processing fee, which may vary depending on the payment method selected. These fees are non-refundable and are charged directly to the payee.
3.2. The organizer is not responsible for any payment processing delays, errors, or failures caused by the payment service provider.


4. No Refund Policy

4.1. All registration payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, non-attendance, or modification of the conference/workshop.
4.2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation or rescheduling of the conference/workshop, no refunds will be issued. Instead, the organizer may, at its discretion, provide alternative arrangements such as rescheduled dates or equivalent registration credits for future conferences/workshops.


5. Publishing of Delegates’ Information

5.1. By registering for the conference/workshop, you consent to the publication of your name, call sign (if applicable), and region on the official website and other conference/workshop-related materials, including brochures, newsletters, or promotional content.
5.2. If you wish to opt out of having your details published, you must notify the organizer in writing at least 30 days before the conference/workshop. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee complete exclusion in cases where materials have already been finalized.


6. Photos and Videos

6.1. By participating in the conference/workshop, you grant the organizer permission to capture, use, and publish photos, videos, and recordings that may include your image, voice, or likeness.
6.2. These materials may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in print, digital, or social media formats without any compensation or further approval.
6.3. If you have concerns about being included in photos or videos, please inform the organizer in writing before the event. The organizer will attempt to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee exclusion.


7. Transfer of Registration

7.1. Registrations are personal and non-transferable.
7.2. Any request to change the name of the registered participant must be made in writing to the organizer at least 90 days prior to the conference/workshop date, subject to approval and administrative fees.


8. Conference/Workshop Changes

8.1. The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the conference/workshop at its sole discretion.
8.2. All announcements related to changes in the conference/workshop schedule or venue will be communicated through the official conference/workshop website or other official channels.


9. Liability

9.1. The organizer will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from participation in the conference/workshop. Participants are advised to exercise caution and take necessary precautions.
9.2. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any technical issues, errors, or disruptions during the registration process or the conference/workshop.


10. Code of Conduct

10.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others and adhere to all rules and regulations of the conference/workshop.
10.2. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct without any obligation to issue a refund or compensation.


11. Privacy Policy

11.1. All personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with the conference/workshop’s privacy policy.
11.2. By registering, you consent to the use of your information for conference/workshop-related communications and activities.


12. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Goa, India.
12.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.
