Dear All,
It’s that time of the year when we come together to practice our skills and set up a ham radio station in the field. The Goa Radio Amateurs Society invites all members to participate in Field Day and demonstrate what amateur radio is all about—portable operations, teamwork, and communication readiness.
This year’s Field Day will also include a discussion and hands-on testing of Meshtastic nodes. Meshtastic is an off-grid communication system that uses LoRa for device-to-device messaging. If you would like to understand Meshtastic, see it in action, or need help configuring your device, please join us on Saturday, 24 January 2026, between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
Members are encouraged to attend and bring their Meshtastic/LoRa devices (if available) for testing and configuration support.
